Step One - Domain Name

First thing you will need to do is get your domain name, I use godaddy - they have a great reputation and excellent customer service. I have never had a problem with them. You can sign up with them here:

You just need to purchase the domain name.

Step Two - Hosting

Then after you have your domain you will need to find a hosting site. I use ShiftCode for my site, I think it's easy to use, the customer service is great, rates are good and they have some affiliates with instant crediting. Step Three - Apply to Affiliates

After you have your domain name and your hosting site, you need to start applying to the affiliates.
